We currently do not offer international shipping.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipped confirmation email, please contact us at contact@rosemarycandle.co.uk with your name and order number, we will then look into this for you.
Please contact us before returning any items. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will need to pay to return the item to us.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@rosemarycandle.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the items condition.
